Led by experts in the field, we will demonstrate how to apply the benefits of this globally recognised approach to your own life, giving you the skills to thrive and manage challenges that come your way.
Finding your purpose in mid-life
On paper your life may look pretty good but do you often find yourself thinking, is this it? Perhaps you are at a crossroads and wondering, what next? The most common way of dealing with these feelings is usually distraction. This might be great in the short term but it’s not a long term solution to help you move forward.
Research shows that having a sense of purpose in life helps reduces stress and fuels hope and optimism. Purposeful people tend to have better health and longevity, in short having a sense of purpose can improve you mental and physical wellbeing.
Using evidence-based tools, this two-hour workshop will help you to reassess your values and goals and help you begin to bring these to life. At the end of the process you will be able to reassess your purpose in life.
